Clubhouse and Pavilion Use
Clubhouse and pavilion reservations can be made by contacting the caretaker, Stewart Roberts at 979-836-9552.
A $100 deposit is due and payable when reserving the clubhouse. $50 is this in non-refundable and the remaining $50 will be refunded if the facility's cleaning requirements are met.
The following non-member guest fees are as follow:
A small party of non-member guests - $50
A medium party of 21-40 non-member guests - $200
A large party of 41+ non-member guests - $300
The maximum number of guests allowed at a party or event is 100, regardless of membership status.
There are no rental fees for pavilion use. Reservations must be made in order to use the pavilion.
The currenty clubhouse was constructed in 1973 and has been maintained throughout the years. The clubhouse features a complete kitchen, restroom facilities, fireplace, with generous seating for parties or other gatherings.
